Have you ever tried the Bouncing Brayer Technique? When you let your creativity flow using cardstock and ink, the sky is the limit when it comes to design. Creating just the right piece has never been easier! The bouncing brayer technique allows you to customize your colors and patterns for your backgrounds.
Instructions:
1. Cut a piece of Wild Wasabi Cardstock at 5 1/2” x 8 1/2” for the base of your card.
2. Cut a piece of Glossy White Cardstock at 4” x 5 1/4”.
3 Ink the brayer with Chocolate Chip ink. Slowly bounce the brayer on the glossy white cardstock, while turning the cardstock 360°. Repeat using the Wild Wasabi ink. Set aside to dry.
4. Ink the top of the palm tree stamp and the grass at the bottom from the Plant Hope stamp set with the Wild Wasabi ink pad. Use the Chocolate Chip marker to color in the tree trunk. Stamp on a piece of Whisper White cardstock cut to 2 1/4” x 3”. Sponge the edges with Wild Wasabi ink.
5. Using the Snail Adhesive, mount the stamped Whisper White cardstock on Chocolate Chip cardstock cut to 2 3/8” x 3 1/8”. Next, mount the Chocolate Chip on Wild Wasabi cardstock cut to 2 3/4” x 3 1/4”.
6. Using Chocolate Chip cardstock, punch a 4” strip using the Lace Ribbon Border Punch.
7. Mount the Glossy white cardstock on the Wild Wasabi card base. Adhere the 4” Chocolate Chip punched strip across the middle of the Glossy White cardstock. Finally, mount the three layer stamped image on top.
